MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – ‘Teen Mom 2’ reality TV show star Jenelle Evans turned herself into police in Myrtle Beach Thursday around Noon.  Evans had a Criminal Domestic Violence arrest warrant out on her since Wednesday.  Police said she assaulted her ex-boyfriend.

According to a Myrtle Beach Police report, Evans went to Nathan Griffith’s home on Brewster Street just after midnight Tuesday and got into a verbal argument.

Griffith told police Evans called him first and said she was damaging his car and wanted him to come outside.

Once Griffith went outside, Evans said “now I know where you live,” the report said.

Griffith told police that Evans then assaulted him and began to try and choke him while digging her fingernails into his neck.

Griffith was then able to get away from Evans by going back inside his home and locking the door, the report said.

Evans banged on the door and repeatedly demanded that Griffith let her in, according to the report.

She began screaming “he has my phone and won’t give me back my son,” the report said.

Evans eventually left the scene.

Police said Griffith did appear to have scratches around his neck and a ripped t-shirt.
