LONGS, SC (WBTW) – A second person has been arrested in an August 2018 Longs Food Lion murder case.

On Monday afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested Stephon Miller in Tabor City, North Carolina. 

Horry County police tell us Miller is being held at Columbus County Detention Center on a Fugitive of Justice warrant and is awaiting extradition back to South Carolina where he will face a murder charge.  

On August 15, 2018, Gerard Celentano, 57, was shot and killed outside the Food Lion located at 110 E. Hwy 9 in Longs.  

Following an investigation by Horry County Police Department, detectives say they were able to obtain information that led to the identification of Miller in connection with the incident.

 

Another subject, James Bellamy, was also previously arrested by U.S. Marshals in connection with the case.
