A freeze warning is in effect again this morning as temperatures fall back into the 20s and low 30s. Arctic high pressure over the Carolinas will control our weather again today, keeping it sunny and cool. A warm up will start today as the high moves offshore, and temperatures will warm into the 50s. The warming trend will continue into the weekend. We will see temperatures in the 60s on Friday, but that will come with scattered showers late in the day. We will warm to around 70 on Saturday, then into the mid to upper 70s on Sunday. A cold front late Sunday will bring a few showers and thunderstorms that could linger into Monday, then cooler weather for next week.
