Another warm day is in store for Sunday but it will be the last of the upper 70s and 80s we see for a while. Patchy fog will develop again late tonight and high pressure will hold on through most of the day Sunday. Temperatures will be in the upper 70s along the coast and in the low to mid 80s at the beaches. Late in the day, a few showers will develop and move in from the west associated with a cold front.

Showers will be possible starting late Sunday and stay in the forecast all day Monday as the cold front takes it times moving through. A few rumbles of thunder will be possible Monday but mostly showers are expected. Highs Monday will only rise into the upper 60s.

High pressure briefly takes over Tuesday with mostly sunny skies and temps in the mid 60s before another round of fronts approach Wednesday and Thursday. Both days showers will be possible and temperatures will be in the low to mid 70s.

Behind the cold front, cooler air will arrive Thursday night and stick around through the first half of the weekend. Lows will drop into the mid 40s with highs in the low to mid 60s.

Another round of cold weather is possible sometime at the beginning of March but is too early to tell how cold or exactly when…stay tuned!

Tonight: areas of patchy, dense fog. Mild. Lows 60-62 inland, 61-63 beaches.

Sunday, mixture of sun and clouds, warm. Highs 82-84 inland, 77-81 beaches.

Monday, showers likely and maybe a rumble of thunder. Highs in the upper 60s.
