Showers and thunderstorms will be scattered in the afternoons and evenings this weekend. A front in the vicinity and plenty of moisture will fuel these showers and storms but it won’t be a washout. The activity should wait to form until later in the afternoon and linger though in the evenings, especially on the coast. Temperatures will get a chance to heat up this afternoon and highs will be in the low 90s today and tomorrow. By the middle of the week a stronger front will approach and cool temperatures off for Thursday and Friday with highs in the mid 80s.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, a few showers. Lows 74 inland, 76 beaches.
Sunday: A few more storms in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 80s and low 90s.
