The hot and humid pattern sticks around through Monday. High pressure is meandering offshore keeping us mostly dry and allowing temperatures to heat up. Highs will approach records once again today with lots of sunshine and humidity. Similar to Saturday, a few very isolated pop-up storms are possible west of I-95 but most areas will stay dry. Highs will be in the low to mid 90s both Sunday and Monday inland and in the low to mid 80s at the beaches.
A feed of tropical moisture will increase the chance for rain starting Tuesday and will keep chances elevated through next weekend. The return of clouds and showers each day will help to keep temperatures down though, in the upper 70s to low 80 each day but it will stay very humid.
Mother’s Day: Mostly sunny and hot. Highs 84-86 beaches, 92-94 inland.
Tonight: Mostly clear, warm and muggy. Lows 66-68 inland, 68-70 beaches.
Monday: A few more clouds, still hot. Highs in the mid 80s and low 90s.
