StormTracker 13 Sunday forecast

A wet and stormy pattern is setting up for next week. Expect skies to be partly sunny to at times, mostly cloudy this afternoon. Scattered showers and storms will likely develop in the afternoon. Better rain chances arrive on Monday and stay elevated through Wednesday. An area of low pressure to our west will provide a stream of moisture from the south into the Carolinas. We could see an additional 3 to 4 more inches of rain through Wednesday with localized higher amounts. The moisture stream weakens by the end of the week but showers and storms will still be possible each day. Highs temperatures will be in the low to mid 80s at the beachs mid and upper 80s inland. By the end of the week as things start to break down, temperatures will warm back into the upper 80s to near 90.

Today: Partly to mostly cloudy, scattered showers and storms. Highs 86-88 beaches, 90 inland.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, few showers & storms. Lows 72-74 inland, 74-76 beaches.
Monday: Mostly cloudy with showers and storms. Highs in the mid to upper 80s.
