Temperatures will be chilly to start the work week with skies staying partly sunny to mostly cloudy. There will be some clearing in the clouds Monday afternoon, but a mixture of clouds and sun will still be present. Highs will climb into the mid to upper 50s. If we see more sunshine, temps could get slightly warmer. Tuesday will be similar with slightly more sunshine as high pressure builds right overhead. High pressure holds on and begins to meander offshore through Thursday which will warm temps up very quickly. Highs by Thursday should be approaching 80° if not warmer than that. A cold front will likely swing though Friday bringing a round of showers and maybe a rumble of thunder as well as knock down temps for the weekend. Saturday highs will only climb into the mid 60s.
