Still cool for Easter Sunday, but turning much warmer next week

Morning temps will chilly, in the upper 40s to near 50. This afternoon temps will remain unseasonably cool with highs in the upper 60s. Skies will be partly cloudy and then we’ll see more sunshine for Monday

Warmer air starts to move back in for the beginning of the work week. Sunshine will also make a return and stick around through much of the week as high pressure takes over. The warming trend will give way to 70s Monday afternoon and 80s Tuesday through Thursday.

A cold front will approach Thursday but any rain is forecast to hold off until Friday. A few storms are possible Friday but we’re not expecting severe weather like the last system. This cold front will only cool down temps for the weekend with highs in the 70s.

Today:Partly cloudy, less breezy and cool. Highs 66-68
Tonight: Mostly clear and chilly. 46-48 inland, 50-52 beaches.
Monday: Sunny and warmer. Highs 78 inland, 74 beaches.
