The Weather Alert Day is over for Sunday. The strong storms that moved through earlier today prevented temps from warming up. This limited the severe threat for this evening. A few isolated, weak showers may linger overnight and into Monday but they will be limited in coverage.

Today’s rain is all associated with a cold front. This front will push offshore and bring some relief to temps and humidity levels. Drier and cool air fills in Tuesday and Wednesday. Sunshine will be abundant but temps in the 70s and dew points in the 50s will make for a pleasant midweek.

Temps warm back up Thursday and Friday with highs back in the low to mid 80s. Next weekend should be much drier and warm with highs near 90 inland.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, a few isolated showers possible. Lows 69 beaches, 67 inland.
Tomorrow: Mostly sunny, stray shower. Highs 84 beaches, 82 inland.
Tuesday: Sunny, cooler and drier. Highs in the mid 70s.
