Showers and thunderstorms will continue this weekend with heavy rain possible. A feed of tropical moisture will continue to stream across the Carolinas this weekend, keeping it rather cloudy, warm and humid.  A weak front will drop south and stall across North Carolina through the weekend. On and off showers and thunderstorms will continue  with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s. This weather pattern will continue through the first half of next week. A cold front will move through on Wednesday, pushing most of the moisture offshore, and bringing drier weather with more sunshine for the end of the week. For CCMF this weekend, expect to get wet from time to time, HOWEVER, it will not be a washout, there will be plenty of dry time.
