Chilly but quiet start to the week with a brief warm up today. High pressure will slide offshore today and a weak front will pass through the Carolinas. Highs will climb back to the mid 60s for most today with a few spots making it into the upper 60s. The front will come through dry but keep temps cool through midweek. We should also see more sunshine starting today but high level cirrus clouds will stick around each day. Highs on Tuesday will be the chilliest, ony topping out in the upper 50s. A very slow warming trend begins Wednesday and temps will head for the low 70s by Sunday. There is also a low chance for a few showers Thursday, especially at the coast, otherwise no rain chances are in the forecast.
Monday: Mostly sunny. Highs 63-68.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Lows 34-36 inland, 41-42 beaches.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny: Highs in the upper 50s to near 60.
