A warming trend started yesterday, and will continue into the weekend. The area of high pressure that has kept us clear and cool the past few days has moved offshore, which will allow warmer air and moisture to return. We will warm into the 60s today, but there will be more clouds and a few showers late in the day. Some spots will hit 70 on Saturday, then the rest of us will on Sunday… in fact, some spots could see 80 on Sunday. A weak cold front will move into the area late Sunday with scattered showers and perhaps a thunderstorm. The rain chance will linger into Monday, and high temperatures will drop into the 60s through mid week.
Today, mostly cloudy and mild with scattered showers late. Highs in the mid 60s.
Tonight, mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Lows 45-48 inland, 51-52 beaches.
Saturday, partly sunny and warm with a slight chance for a shower. Highs near 70.
