The storm that brought severe thunderstorms to the area Friday afternoon is moving away, and we will see improving weather for the weekend. Skies will clear overnight, and it will be windy and cooler with temperatures dropping into the 50s. It will be windy again on Saturday with a mix of clouds and sunshine. It will be cooler and less humid with highs in the 60s. Easter Sunday will be cool with early morning temperatures in the 40s, and afternoon highs in the low 70s. Sunny, warmer weather for the first half of next week with temperatures warming back into the 70s and 80s. The next system will bring a chance for thunderstorms by the end of next week. This system will not be as strong as the one that moved through today.
