The hot and humid weather will continue this week with the highest temperatures at the end of the week. A weak cold front moving across the area today will bring a slight chance for a shower, but most places will stay dry. It will still be hot today, but will cool slightly Wednesday with high temperatures in the 80s. High pressure will strengthen at the end of the week, ending any rain chance and heating it up. High temperatures on Friday will be in the low to mid 90s, and this heat will continue through the weekend with some spots possibly climbing into the upper 90s.
