A strong cold front has moved offshore and is ushering in much cooler weather for the weekend. Grab those jackets this mornig, temperatures are starting in the 40s and we will not warm up much today. Highs only in the low 50s with partly cloudy skies. Toinight, expect partly cloudy and cold. Lows at or below freezing inland, to the mid 30s along the coast. The weekend will be partly sunny Saturday, then mostly cloudy on Sunday, and much cooler. It will warm up next week, but the warmer weather will come with rain Monday and Tuesday. It is possbile for a few storms Tuesday afternoon. Drier weather will move in Wednesday, and it will stay mild with highs in the 60s. Another chance for rain will arrive on Friday.
