The very warm weather with high temperatures in the 70s and 80s is coming to an end. A strong cold front will move offshore tonight, ushering in much cooler weather for the weekend. It will be windy tonight with low temperatures dropping into the 30s to near 40. The weekend will be partly sunny Saturday, then mostly cloudy on Sunday, and much cooler. High temperatures will be in the mid 50s each day, and some spots will dip below freezing Saturday night. It will warm up next week, but the warmer weather will come with rain Monday and Tuesday. Drier weather will move in Wednesday, and it will stay mild with highs in the 60s. Another chance for rain will arrive on Friday.
