The strong showers and storms we had early this morning have moved out. Scattered showers and storms are back in the forecast still this afternoon as we await the arrival of a cold front. However, the storms won’t be as widespread and won’t be as strong as yesterday. We’ll see more cloud cover than sun today, but the sun will peek through from time to time. The front will swing through tonight and push all this moisture offshore. Drier and slightly cooler air will move in to start the work week. Temps will still be warm with highs in the upper 70s and low 80s Monday and Tuesday. Temps turn hot again by the end of the work week and rain chances go back up.

Today: Scattered showers and storms mainly in the afternoon. Highs 80-84

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, isolated showers
Monday: Partly to mostly sunny. An isolated shower can’t be ruled out. Highs 76 beaches, 82 inland.
