Mostly cloudy and mild overnight as a warm front lifts north across the area. Temperatures will rise in most areas through morning. A couple of showers could move through with the warm front around midnight but most areas should stay dry. 

Warmer temperatures and a little sunshine are expected ahead of a cold front Saturday. Winds will be gusty from the south bringing in warmer air. Highs will occur around midday with temps approaching the mid 70s. The cold front will move in and bring a broken line of showers with it. The showers will move through quickly and clouds should clear out as the showers push offshore. Winds will stay breezy but turn and come out of the west northwest bringing in cooler air Sunday night. Monday morning lows will be in the low to mid 40s. 

Sunshine will be plentiful over the Carolinas Monday and Tuesday as a cool and dry high pressure build in. Highs will be in the low to mid 60s. Moisture only slowly returns with just a small chance for a few showers Wednesday and Thursday. another storm system will increase rain chances for the end of the week and cool temperatures back to normal.
