Ahead of Hurricane Florence, SC-DOT crews are removing the traffic cones and barrels along 501 out of Myrtle Beach.
These were in place for the lane reversals for the evacuation. Myrtle Beach Police on Twitter warned people that this is not an indication for people to return to the coast.
They urge people to stay safe and that the area is still under a mandatory evacuation.
