Dorian becomes a hurricane as it nears U.S. Virgin Islands

ST. THOMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS (WBTW) – Dorian has strengthened to a hurricane as is nears the U.S. Virgin Islands, according to the National Hurricane Center.

Hurricane Dorian is near St. Thomas and has maximum sustained winds of about 75 mph.
