The Carolina Panthers five-game losing streak now has Cats with a sub-.500 record at 6-7.

That record seems almost impossible following Carolina’s 6-2 start.

For the fourth time in a row, the Panthers couldn’t get it done in the fourth quarter, falling to the Cleveland Browns.

That 26-20 loss delivered a heavy blow to the Panthers’ post season hopes.

But they are still in the wild card hunt.

After the Seattle Seahawks’ Monday Night Football win over the Minnesota Vikings – the Panthers are No. 7 in the NFC and there are six play off spots.

Winning their remaining three games is possible but it’s a tall task seeing as how Carolina must face the red-hot New Orleans Saints twice in three weeks.

The Panthers host the Saints on Monday night at Bank of America Stadium.
