Tonight is the first round of the 2020 NFL draft, which is being held virtually this year. Roger Goodell will be announcing picks live from his home. Follow along for live updates and analysis from the News13 Sports Team.

And the final pick of the first round goes to Super Bowl Champions, Kansas City Chiefs, and they take Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB from LSU. The first running back taken in the draft. That’ll do it for the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
With the 31st pick of the draft, the Vikings take Jeff Gladney, CB from TCU.
Pick 30: With their third pick of the night, Miami chooses Noah Igbinoghene, CB from Auburn.
The Tennessee Titans select Isaiah Wilson, OT from Georgia with the 29th pick.
The Ravens, with pick 28, select Patrick Queen, LB from LSU.
With the 27th Pick, the Seahawks take Jordyn Brooks, LB from Texas Tech.
The Dolphins have traded their third pick of the night to the Green Bay Packers. Miami will make their third pick at #30. With the 26th pick, the Packers select Jordan Love, QB from Utah State.
Minnesota trades the 25th pick to San Francisco, who takes Brandon Aiyuk, WR from Arizona State.
The Saints use the 24th pick of the draft to take Cesar Ruiz, C from Michigan.
The Patriots and Chargers have traded picks. With Pick 23 the Chargers select Kenneth Murray, ILB from Oklahoma.
With Pick 22, the Minnesota Vikings select Justin Jefferson, WR from LSU.
The Philadelphia Eagles select Jalen Reagor, WR out of TCU with the 21st pick.
Pick #20: The Jaguars take K’Lavon Chaisson, OLB from LSU.
Roger Goodell announces Las Vegas will host the 2022 NFL Draft. They were originally supposed to host it this year, until the COVID-19 outbreak changed those plans.
With pick #19, the Las Vegas Raiders select Damon Arnette, CB from Ohio State.
Now it’s the Raiders turn to make their 2nd pick of the first round.
The Dolphins have their 2nd of 3 picks in the first round. This pick was obtained from the Pittsburgh Steelers in the trade that sent Minkah Fitzpatrick to Pittsburgh. With this pick, the Dolphins select Austin Jackson, OT from USC.
The Cowboys take CeeDee Lamb, WR from Oklahoma with the 17th pick.
With Pick 16, the Atlanta Falcons select A.J. Terrell, CB out of Clemson. 2nd Clemson player taken tonight.
The only two WRs selected so far are both from Alabama.
Pick 15 goes to the Denver Broncos. They select Jerry Jeudy, WR from Alabama.
The 49ers take Lowcountry native Javon Kinlaw with the 14th pick. The Goose Creek high school grad had a great finish to his college career at South Carolina.
Pick #13: The San Francisco 49ers trade their pick to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who take Tristan Wirfs, OT from Iowa. Tom Brady gets some protection. The 49ers will have the 14th pick, only moving down one spot.
The now Las Vegas Raiders have taken Henry Ruggs III, WR from Alabama with the 12th pick. The Raiders have one more pick in the first round. Ruggs III is the first WR taken in the draft.
With the 11th pick, the NY Jets select Mekhi Becton, OT out of Louisville. A WR has yet to be taken in the draft so far.
Rounding out the Top 10 are the Cleveland Browns. They select Jedrick Wills Jr, OT from Alabama.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have selected C.J. Henderson, CB from Florida. He won’t be going too far away.
Simmons can play all over the field, on the line, at linebacker, in coverage, he’s going to be quite successful for the red and white.
The Panthers take the SEC defensive player of the year Derrick Brown with the 7th pick, thought they may take Isaiah Simmons who is taken right after him with the AZ Cardinals.
The Chargers use the 6th pick to take Justin Herbert, QB out of Oregon.
