Lake City, S.C. (WBTW) — Our final Pee Dee Blitz player of the week goes to Carolina Academy senior quarterback Shay Hall after his performance in the round one win against Colleton Prep. Hall threw for 173 yards to go along with three passing touchdowns as the Bobcats moved on in the SCISA playoffs. Carolina Academy will hit the road tomorrow to take on Thomas Heyward Academy.
