Lamar, SC (WBTW) – The Lamar Silver Foxes are back in familiar territory as they gear up for their 4th consecutive appearance in the 1A state title on Friday. Last season they set a state record for points in a final with 74 in their 2017 championship victory over Baptist Hill. The offense doesn’t quite have that firepower this season, but Jacquez Lucas and Malik Johnson are a force to stop for any opponent. The Silver Foxes dropped just 1 game this season to Gray Collegiate and that loss fueled them for this impressive run back to the finals.
