Hemingway, SC (WBTW) — The Carvers Bay Bears enter the season with a chip on their shoulders following back-to-back visits to the third round of the playoffs. The Bears enter the season with a good mix of veterans and newcomers. Coach Thompson returns a pair of playmakers on offense with quarterback Janaz Sumpter and running back Toronto King back in the fold. On defense the Bears will boast a strong front seven including big Avery Rice that comes in at 6’4” and over 300 pounds.
