SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WISH) – Drivers and teams are getting in some last-minute preparations ahead of the 103rd running of the Indianapolis 500.

The Indianapolis 500 is a major race but it’s still important for drivers to maintain their pre-race ritual ahead of climbing in their car and starting their engines.

Driver Ed Jones, who will start in the fourth position at the 103rd Indy 500, talked about his pre-race ritual, managing those nerves and if it’s possible to prepare for the weather during a race.
