Castroneves chases record-tying 4th Indy 500 win

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – With the calendar turning to May, excitement continues to build for the 103rd running of the Indianapolis 500.

Helio Castroneves knows what makes Indy so special. As a three-time race winner, he has the chance to join Rick Mears, Al Unser and A.J. Foyt as the only drivers to win the 500 four times.

Castroneves is reuniting again with Team Penske this year for that chance at racing immortality, and knows how special a win would be.

“For me, coming back and having this opportunity again just to be here, my mind blows away,” Castroneves said. “We do have something very special. I have great teammates and a phenomenal team that can help us achieve something that only three guys have done. It sounds repetitive, but those guys are the gods of Indianapolis. I would love to conquer what they did in the past.”
