Florence, S.C. – The Carolina Havoc, the defending American Arena League champion, will begin the defense of their crown on Friday, March 15, at The Den against the Cape Fear Heroes starting at 7:05 p.m. The Heroes were defeated by the Havoc in the AAL semifinal last season in Fayetteville, North Carolina. They will then face the Peach State Cats Saturday, March 23. Last season the Cats were a travel team but, will now call Athens, Georgia home. After a week off, the Havoc travel to Macon, Georgia to take on the Georgia Doom. The Doom were the only other team last season to defeat the Havoc in a close game. Carolina then returns home for it’s first Sunday date, April 14, against the High Country Grizzlies kicking off at 3:05 pm. The Grizzlies are aiming to bounce back from a four-win 2018 season that saw them miss the playoffs.

The Havoc return to the road Saturday, April 20 at 6 p.m. against the Carolina Energy at Bojangles Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Energy were responsible for handing the Havoc it’s first loss of the 2018 season and were on the other side of the playoff bracket where they faced the Richmond, now West Virginia, Roughriders. April 28 brings the Carolina Aviators of Elite Indoor Football to The Den for the Havoc’s only non-league tilt of the season. That match-up will be followed a visit to Boone, North Carolina as they take on the Grizzlies on the campus of Appalachian State. That game is scheduled for a 6 p.m. kickoff.

On May 11, the Havoc then return to The Den to take on one of their two in-state foes, the Carolina Predators. That contest is scheduled for a 7:05 p.m. kickoff. The Predators are a new team to the AAL. The home stand continues with Carolina concluding it home schedule as it takes on the Doom, which is a 7:05 p.m. kickoff. The weekend of May 25, the Havoc finish the 2019 season in Clemson, South Carolina against their other in-state rival, the Carolina Cowboyz. The Cowboyz were also a travel team who now call the T. Ed Garrison Arena on the campus of Clemson University home.
