A new study finds women who make the first move in online dating are more likely to get a response than men.
The “OK Cupid” poll found women who started the conversation were two and a half times more like to hear back compared to men who spoke first.
They also found the men the women contacted were more attractive by user ratings.
Men are also aspirational reaching out to women considered more attractive but they’re less likely to get a reply.
