A woman whose credit card was duplicated by fraud suspects had nearly $1000 charged in her credit at a Walmart in Conway, police say.

Last Monday, police of the Conway Police Department opened an investigation into a credit card fraud that occurred at Walmart located at 2709 Church Street on April 10, Conway Police said.

“The victim has her credit card in her possession and the suspects appeared to have used a cloned credit card to make fraudulent purchases,” said Lt. Selena Small of the Conway Police.

Small said that the charges to the card were over $800.

Two people — a man and a woman — were caught on surveillance video at the Walmart, according to police.

Anyone with any information on the identity of the subjects is asked to contact Conway Police Department at 843-248-1790.
