CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – A woman woke up to a burglar in her Conway apartment over the weekend.
According to a Conway Police press release, the incident happened at Monarch Apartments near Coastal Carolina University on June 3 between 4:20 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.
The woman told police she woke up and found a black male standing in her room and he then ran out of the apartment.
The burglar is described as being a young black male, 5’10′ tall and weight 150-160 pounds. He was wearing a hat and a white sleeve-less shirt.
Police also say the woman’s car had been broken into as well during this time.
