SPARTANBURG,SC – Spartanburg police responded to a call early Tuesday morning reporting “someone spray painting the bathroom with the doors locked” at the Walmart on Dorman Centre Drive.
Police found the suspect, Kimberly Bennefield, passed out on the bathroom floor.
The floor was littered with eight cans of Dust Off, six of which were from Walmart and had not been paid for, say police.
They say the suspect had vomited and struck her head from a fall inside the restroom.
Bennefield was transported to Spartanburg Regional Emergency Room until she was medically cleared to be booked for Inhalation of Hydrocarbons.
Police say there is no move to add shoplifting charges to the case at this time.
