Conway Police say that a couple have been arrested after a bank robbery Friday morning.
The incident happened at 9:05 am at Conway National Bank at 2810 Church Street in Conway.
Police responded when the bank alarm was set off after a woman came into the bank and “demanded money from the teller,” police said
The female left the bank and fled the scene with a male suspect.
“Conway National Bank was able to provide officers with detailed information which led to both suspects being apprehended nearby,” said Lt. Selena Small of Conway Police.
No one was injured during the robbery and both suspects identities will be released once they are formally charged, Small said.
