CHARLESTON, S.C.— The Charleston Police Department says the woman accused of pepper-spraying a two-month-old is now in custody.
Tyshawn Brown, 33, of North Charleston, was wanted on three counts of assault and battery 3rd degree following a peppery spraying incident in the area of Disher Street and King Street Extension on September 23 at 5:25 p.m.
No word on where she was found.
