MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Powerball fever is at an all-time high after Saturday night’s drawing produced no jackpot winner, increasing the prize to $1.3 billion.

Countless lottery ticket holders were likely sitting in front of the television when Wednesday night’s numbers were selected at 10:59 p.m. The winning numbers for Wednesday night’s Powerball are:

08, 27, 34, 04, 19, 10

Anyone holding a ticket matching all six numbers will win $1.5 billion, that is, if they don’t have to split it with other Powerball jackpot winners. The Associated Press reports of the top 10 highest lottery jackpots, only three of the drawings have created a single winner, one of which was in South Carolina on September 18, 2013. That winner claimed a $399.4 million prize.

The $1.5 billion prize would be paid in annual payments over 29 years or the winner could opt for a lump-sum payment of $930 million. If no one wins Wednesday night’s Powerball jackpot, the prize will grow to an estimated $2 billion.
