As Hurricane Dorian races away from the Carolinas it will take the torrential rain with it. The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Waccamaw River in Conway. The river is expected to crest in moderate flood stage later this afternoon and slowly recede throughout the weekend and into next week.
