A police officer in McKinney, Texas, located just north of Dallas, has been placed on administrative leave after throwing a girl in a bathing suit to the ground and pulling a gun at a pool party, according to NBC 5 in Dallas.

The incident happened Friday, the McKinney Police said. The police were dispatched after a caller said there were teenagers in the area who didn’t have permission to be there.

Nine more officers arrived, NBC 5 reported.

The Dallas Morning News has identified the officer involved as Eric Casebolt, a corporal in the patrol division,

In the video, the officer grabs the girl by the arm and slings her to the ground. When other teens rush up, he shoves one away with a stiff jab of his left arm. Two boys approach, and the officer draws his weapon before two other officers rush in and then chase after the two boys.

The first officer then again throws the girl to the ground and straddles her back while pointing at her friends.

The officer has not been named.

Brian Loughmiller, the mayor of McKinney, said he was “disturbed and concerned by the incident and actions depicted in the video,” according to CBS 11 in Dallas.

The teen told the Fox TV affiliate in Dallas, “He told me to walk away and I did. Next thing I know I’m on the ground.”
