SENECA, SC (WCBD) – An adorable Seneca, South Carolina toddler’s bedtime ritual is touching the hearts of thousands online.

Two-year-old Sutton Whitt’s parents, Kathryn and Caleb, rushed to get Sutton in bed on Sunday night and skipped over the ritual of bedtime prayers.

They were rushing to cheer on the Carolina Panthers in the NFC Championship game and they didn’t want to miss the final minutes of it.

Kathryn Whitt, a preschool teacher said “we started hearing noises upstairs” and that’s when they checked the baby monitor and what they saw, made them hit record.

Sutton was in her crib, reciting her prayers all by herself.

In the video, she calls out the names of the people she’s praying for and says thanks over and over again. She mentioned everyone from her parents to her Grandmother to even Santa Claus.

After about 2 minutes of Sutton saying her prayers, she mentioned her parents again before ending with a loud “AMEN!”

The video was shared by Sutton’s mom on Facebook and it has been shared thousands of times.
