LANCASTER, OH – A video of a monkey attacking a Lancaster Walmart employee over the weekend is quickly going viral.
It happened Sunday night at the Walmart on North Memorial Drive.
In the video taken by Richelle Stewart, a Walmart employee is seen trying to grab the monkey that had apparently escaped from a camper.
A woman runs toward the employee and Monkey, saying “Let him go, let him go, let him go! If he bites you, they will put him down.”
The woman then walks across the parking lot toward a camper parked nearby.
According to the Lancaster Eagle Gazette, someone called police and said that the monkey bit the employee, but he did not require medical attention.
