BOILING SPRINGS, S.C. – Spartanburg County deputies got a tip Monday evening that Alicia Nicole Hicks would be meeting someone at the Boiling Springs Walmart.

Deputies say the tipster said she had an ounce of Meth on her.

Police spotted her vehicle and her driving it, but they say she had a suspended license.

They say Hicks got out of the car and walked up to a man on a motorcycle.

When deputies turned on their blue lights the man on the motorcycle and a man in the suspect’s vehicle ran.

Both men escaped.

A K-9 unit was brought to sniff around the car and alerted on drugs.

They say they found a clear crystal substance in a bag in the back seat that tested positive for Meth with a field test.
