NEWPORT, N.C. – The Carteret County Sheriff’s Office says the subject in a road rage incident has been identified.
It happened Sunday, beginning on Highway 24 in Morehead City and ending at the Jim Dandy convenient store at the intersection of Hibbs Road and Highway 24 in Newport.
You can see in the video a woman gets out of the passenger side of the Buick. She then walks to the car in front of her, attacking another female.
So far, no charges have been filed.
