Victim tied up, stabbed during Georgetown robbery

GEORGETOWN, SC (WBTW) – Police are still looking for two masked men after a person was robbed and stabbed several times Wednesday in Georgetown. 

A Facebook post from the police department says it happened Wednesday around 12:30 a.m. when two people broke into the victim’s home, tied him up and stabbed him multiple times. 

The suspects  took cash from the victim and left the home. The pair was reportedly wearing dark clothing, gloves and masks. Though police canvassed the area, they weren’t able to find the accused robbers. 

The victim was taken to Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
