DALZELL, SC (WBTW) – Two wanted Sumter County men were taken into custody on Wednesday and Thursday and later charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Sumter County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Ken Bell says warrants confirm that Jason Francis Mcleod, 30, and Richard Dennis Watkins, 57, are accused of engaging in sex acts with a 15-year-old male victim on Oct. 6 at a home on Solstice Drive.
