Florida, North Carolina, Illinois, Missouri, and Ohio will vote in both Democratic and Republican primaries. The latest polls indicate Mr. Trump will prevail over Florida Senator Marco Rubio, the state Mr. Rubio represents, in a near two to one lead. Kasich in an effort to stop the Trump momentum.
