FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Florence County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man and a woman early Monday morning after they say the pair stole a four-wheeler and other items.
Patrol deputies responded to a call for suspicious activities near Hill Road near Timmonsville after a call about a car possibly involved with the crimes.
Deputies chased the vehicle to Oliver Road, and after the two ran from the car, deputies and tracking dogs found them.
Both 25-year-old Kathleen Hopkins and 31-year-old Joey Norris of Florence were arrested. Each faces a string of charges including burglary and petit larceny. They are both still in jail in Effingham and awaiting a bond hearing.
