TIMMONSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – A Timmonsville man on trial for murder pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in court Tuesday.
12th Circuit Court Solicitor Ed Clements says the judge sentenced Joseph Hart to 15 years in prison.
Hart got into an argument and hit Sammie Jefferson, 57, of Timmonsville with a board on December 29, 2017 on N. Warren Street in Timmonsville.
Jefferson was taken off life support a few days after the fight and died.
