MURRELLS INLET, SC – Tidelands Health will sponsor a regional health screening from 7:30–10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 9, at Belin Memorial United Methodist Church Family Life Center.
Screenings offered for a fee include chemistry profile, $20; complete blood count with differential, $20; thyroid screen, $15; diabetes (hemoglobin A1C), $15; PSA for men, $15. Chemistry profile tests require a 10- to 12-hour fast. A wide variety of other screenings also will be available at no cost.
Registration packets are available at the front desk at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital and at the front desk in the new mall at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital, as well as at the screening event. The regional health screening is one of several that Tidelands Health offers throughout the year for the community and includes information about Tidelands Health programs and physicians and tips for a healthy lifestyle.
