GEORGETOWN, SC – As spring travel increases, so does the need for blood. Help meet our community’s growing demand and donate Friday, April 1, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial’s blood drive from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
The drive will take place inside the hospital in the private dining room on the first floor. Appointments will take priority, but walk-ins are welcome. Appointments can be made by calling 843.527.7173 or going to www.redcrossblood.org.
In addition to having a valid ID, blood donors must be healthy, be at least 17 years old and weigh a minimum of 110 pounds.
