Myrtle Beach, SC (PRESS RELEASE) – Tickets are now on sale for Coastal Uncorked’s Sixth Annual Farm To Table event presented by ArborOne Farm Credit. The event will again take place at Thompson Farm and Nursery, located in Conway, on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted and transported to the cornfield where they will be served specialty cocktails, listen to live music by the Paul Grimshaw Band and sample a variety of delicious hors d’oeuvres presented by Horry Georgetown Technical College culinary students.
The main experience will take place in a quaint barn setting and will feature the top chefs along the Grand Strand highlighting seven different courses. Each chef will put their skills to the test using locally sourced ingredients, meats and fresh seafood. The chefs will have the opportunity to explain, in detail, each dish created and ingredients used. Wine will be served throughout the evening.
This fall farm event is like no other dining event in the area and tickets are sure to sell out fast. The event is limited to 250 guests and tickets are $150 per person or $250 for a couple’s package. Tables are $700 for a table of six or $900 for a table of eight. A portion of the proceeds for this event will benefit educational and other MBAHA programs.
